Fox outlines their 25th Anniversary plans

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Celebrating 25 years is a big occasion. Fox plans on celebrating a quarter century in a big way with a special looking back at their at where everything started.

The fourth broadcast network is taking a walk down memory lane by taking a look at the groundbreaking shows that helped define a network and a generation. The star-studded 25th anniversary special will chronicle the journey Fox has made from their first night on the air, April 5th, 1987. The special will be composed of cast reunions, and highlights from Fox’s most memorable series.

The talent attached to appear on Fox’s 25th Anniversary Special include Calista Flockhart (Ally McBeal), Shannen Doherty, Jason Priestley, and Ian Ziering from Beverly Hills, 90210, Patrick Warbuton (The Tick), David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson (The X-Files), and a full cast reunion of Married….with Children, including Ed O’Neill, Katey Segal, Christina Applegate, and David Faustino.

The host and additional Fox talent are still to be announced, but hopefully other past Fox stars like Martin Lawrence (Martin), Queen Latifah (Living Single), the original cast of In Living Color, Heather Locklear (Melrose Place), Seth MacFarlane (Family Guy, American Dad, The Cleveland Show), and the voice cast of The Simpsons will also be involved.

Fox’s 25th Anniversary Special will air Sunday, April 22nd at 8p.m. on Fox.
