Buddy-cop drama Lethal Weapon won’t be moving forward with a fourth season at Fox.
The Damon Wayans-starrer has gone through some behind-the-scenes turmoil over the past year. Wayans threatened to leave the series before the production of season 3 after an in-set altercation between former co-star Clayne Crawford. Crawford was later fired and replaced with Sean William Scott.
Ratings also haven’t been favorable to Lethal Weapon. Averaging 3 million viewers this season, these numbers were down 25% compared to season 2.
Lethal Weapon joins the list of Fox’s cancelled series. The list includes The Cool Kids, and The Passage and Star.
